These general instructions are designed to help students maintain discipline, responsibility, and respect within the school campus. Every student is expected to follow these guidelines to create a safe, positive, and learning-focused environment.

“You learn something everyday, if you pay attention.”
– Ray LeBlond

Discipline & Conduct

  • Students must carry their Identity Card at all times on campus and produce it when demanded by Teaching or Non-Teaching Staff. The card must be carefully preserved, and misuse will be the holder’s responsibility. In case of loss, a duplicate can be issued after paying the prescribed charge and completing formalities.
  • Students should read the Notice Boards regularly.
  • Students must maintain silence in classrooms, library, office, laboratories, and corridors. Loud conversation, bullying, shouting, or yelling will invite disciplinary action.
  • In free time, students should make use of the school library.
  • Every student should uphold the school’s high standards by demonstrating good manners and respectful behavior.
  • Students shall not organize picnics, tours, or excursions without written permission from the Principal.
  • In case of any personal or academic problem, students may approach their Teachers or the Principal for assistance.
  • No magazines, comics, periodicals, or pictures are allowed in school without prior permission.
  • The school reserves the right to discharge any pupil whose behavior is deemed unsatisfactory. The school is not obliged to provide reasons for such action.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience, and misbehavior are grounds for dismissal.

Attendance & Uniform

  2. Be regular and punctual. Ensure that you reach school in time.
  3. Attend school in proper, smart, and neat uniform.

Care for School Property

  • Take care of school property and ensure that interactive smart boards, desks, furniture, walls etc. are not scratched or damaged. Any damage may invite payment of damages.
  • Lending or borrowing money or other articles is not permitted. Do not wear or bring expensive items to school.
  • In case a student is required to overstay after school hours for further elucidation on subject matter or sports, proper prior permission in writing should be taken from the concerned coordinator on an application from the parent.
  • Library books should be thoroughly checked before issue or return. Borrower shall be responsible for any damage or loss.

Behavior & Responsibility

  • Due respect should be given to prefects, class monitors and volunteer students on duty.
  • Any movement to the playground, activity area, or library should be orderly and in queue.
  • Shouting, writing, or indulging in unruly behavior in the school premises is forbidden. Kindly help in maintaining cleanliness and throw litter or papers in the dustbin.
  • Facilities of canteen or book counter may be utilized only during recess, before or after school hours.
  • School bus users should behave in a disciplined and orderly manner and should not throw anything inside or outside the bus. Defaulters shall be responsible to reimburse for damaging or tearing any seat, seat cover, or fitting in the bus. Use of inappropriate language is strictly prohibited within the school bus.
