Building a Strong School-Parent Partnership

Seven Square Academy values the partnership between parents and the school in shaping every child’s growth and success. These guidelines are designed to keep communication clear, ensure safety, and support your child’s learning journey. By following them, together we can create a happy, caring, and disciplined environment for our students.

General Guidelines for Parents

  • The school is not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles; avoid sending expensive items.
  • Parents should refrain from entering classrooms or meeting teachers during teaching hours.
  • Criticism of teachers in front of children should be avoided to maintain respect and trust.
  • Parents should inform the school of any medical condition, allergy, or emotional concern of the child.
  • Parents must ensure proper attire while visiting school and wait in designated areas.
  • Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour towards staff will result in strict action by the management.
  • If a student damages school property, the cost of repair or replacement will be borne by parents/guardians.

Academics & Learning Support

  • A Compulsory Reading Programme is introduced for Classes I–X to strengthen spoken and written English skills.
  • Private tuitions by school teachers are discouraged; parents should promote self-study and a disciplined routine.
  • Parents are advised not to request half-days or leave during school hours, as this disrupts assessments and project work.
  • No re-examinations will be conducted.

Communication & Documentation

  • Any change in address or phone number must be informed to the school immediately.
  • Fill up the first two pages of the diary and ensure the child’s photo remains intact.

Tiffin Policy

  • The child’s tiffin must be nutritious and hygienic.
  • Tiffins will not be accepted at the gate or reception during school hours.

Safety & Conduct
