Celebrations at SSA

Diwali is the festival of lights which is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, Seven Square Academy, Mira Road had a celebration in school on 09th Nov 2023.
Children decorated diyas, made lanterns , rangoli and door hanging with colors and glitter.
The students participated in the activities enthusiastically and enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.

Ganesh Chaturthi is an auspicious 10 days Hindu festival which is celebrated as a mark of Lord Ganesha's rebirth day . The elephant headed God, Ganesha is Lord Shiva and Parvati's youngest son and is known by 108 names. Lord Ganesha or Vighnaharta is the destroyer of obstacles , leading one to success. He symbolises new beginnings, and so devotees pray to Lord Ganesha at the start of ceremonies or the beginning of any venture seeking his blessings.


Educational workshops





'Life skills is an art of living ' With this thought, today on 25th August, SSA Mira Road has conducted a workshop for teachers on 'Life Skills through Drama' by Dr Swaroop Sampat Rawal.

The workshop equipped our teachers with techniques and fun strategies that help them to better connect with, manage, and teach to their students in a manner which ensures that all students are learning and benefitting. Teachers participated in various activities and had an engaging and interactive session.
